How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches out to Letshappy Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to send a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Letshappy Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Involves a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Letshappy Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency in California that oversees pest control.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@letshappy.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Once that is done, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
